Privacy policy

When you book an appointment, we ask for your name and mobile number, and we keep the details of your appointment — the service, barber, date and time. That's it. We don't ask for payment details, home addresses or anything we don't need.

We use your details to manage your booking and to send you an SMS confirmation when you book, plus a reminder before your appointment so you don't lose your slot.

Your booking details are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to the shop's booking system.

We never sell your data. A small number of services help run this site and your bookings:

• Twilio — delivers your SMS confirmations and reminders to your mobile number.
• Google Maps — powers the embedded map showing where to find us.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides anonymous visitor analytics (no personal profiles, no ad tracking).

We keep booking records for our business records — they help us manage the diary, repeat appointments and the day-to-day running of the shop. If you'd like yours removed, just ask (see below).

Under UK data protection law you can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, or to have them corrected or deleted. Email us at mk.gentsrow@gmail.comand we'll sort it out.

We won't send you marketing messages unless you've told us you want them. The only texts you'll get from us are about your own appointments.
